In Good Spirits was founded to do one deceptively simple thing: bring people together to celebrate shared moments over expertly crafted cocktails.

The idea

A top-tier bar, hidden in plain sight

After years of planning, In Good Spirits opened on the 4th floor of CIBC Square — inside TABLE Food Hall, in the heart of Toronto's Financial District. The location is our best-kept secret and our favourite challenge: steps from Union Station and Scotiabank Arena, yet quiet enough to feel like you're in on something.

We want to be known as a meeting place for good people and good vibes — where gourmet fare and delicious drinks mingle with great music and even better conversation.

In Good Spirits is led by people who've spent their careers making guests feel looked after.

Oliver Stern

Owner & Chief Mixologist

Oliver hosts the floor and runs the bar program, with the In Good Spirits team leading the events, classes, and gatherings the venue is known for.

David Salt

Chef

David's kitchen team turns out everything from house-made soups and focaccia to sharing boards and bar snacks that keep the after-work crowd around for one more.
